Does anyone know "Someonelikesyou.com"?
An evil site that sends e-mails to people, saying someone in their database likes you. And then you can guess by giving e-mail adresses, to see if the one that likes you is in their database. What it comes down to, after having tested it with about 10 fake hotmail adresses : You feed it even more adresses, and you get a few 'vague' descriptions of people, (which were probably made up) after feeding it new e-mail adresses it will do the same with, that way getting a database of increasingly more e-mail adresses that can be sold later.

Now, i found a site that claims to hold reports of people, and they e-mail you when a report of 'you' comes in, after which you can either register, and give your personal info, to find info about yourself. (And you have to pay if you want to get the real info).
These scammers.. someone ought to spank em.

Yup, that one.
They're evil.
It's that i'm webwise enough, so that i knew it was a scam, but the way they lie to people. I hate that.

as much as i hate that site as well....
i do find it rather clever and ingenius...

in this world of mismatch... people wanna
feel liked, and it just goes to show that
SOME will mindlessly do what it takes to
find out 'who it is'.

part of me applauds that site for being so
mentally superior in order to exploit people
at their weakest point....

but the majority of me dispises such things.

Yes, it is a good scam, because you have to be forewarned of this sort of scams to know for sure (and even then, you won't know for sure unless you sign up, so people will still sign up).

But they're utter bastards for playing that trick.
